What’s Also Included:
Pick up of any wedding items (mileage costs may apply)
Act as the go-to person for vendors, family members, and wedding party
Set up of decor items such as: guestbook, gift table, programs, place cards, favors, table decor, ceremony decor, etc
Access to the fully-stocked “Wedding Emergency Kit”
Team member present at both ceremony and reception locations
Facilitate the wedding ceremony line-up, and cue any ceremony vendors
Answer any guest questions that come up at the ceremony/reception
Coordinate with all lead vendors (venue manager, banquet captain, DJ/band leader, photographer/videographer) during ceremony and reception to ensure timeline success
Execute timing of reception events including: seating, grand march, speeches, first dances, etc
Hand out any final payments or gratuities to vendors at the end of the night
Organize and pack up for the end of the night including: gifts, decor items, floral, extra food or desserts, etc.
