Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew

We are looking for a reliable team of people to help with event set-ups and tear-downs. This is an on-call type role with hours spent mostly on weekends and late evenings. Ability to lift heavy objects, load vehicles, and operate the company van required. Optional ability to operate larger trucks is a plus.


Set-up & Flips: $18 / hr
Tear-downs: $120 flat rate / event

Responsibilities

Set-up

  • Load vehicle(s) with rental decor, floral, and other equipment as directed

  • Deliver items to varying locations within and around the Twin Cities

  • Set-up decor as directed


Tear-down

  • Load vehicle(s) with rental decor and equipment after event ends

  • Deliver and unload truck back to R&F warehouse in NE Mpls

Working Conditions

Special working conditions can cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, shift work, working outdoors, working with challenging clients, etc. 

Physical Requirements

Must be able to, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, and perform repetitive tasks.
